Pilot & service terms (draft summary)

  1. Provider: W System Hungary Kft. (see Imprint). B2B only. Not offered to consumers.
  2. Pilot: up to 3 pages refreshed free of charge, no obligation to buy.
  3. Deliverables per page: diagnosis, refresh brief, refreshed draft, claim checklist, inclusion in the 28/56-day measurement report.
  4. Publishing: when auto-publish is enabled for a site, content that passes the claim check is published automatically; otherwise it is delivered as WordPress drafts for your review. You (or your client) stay responsible for what is published. Content is AI-written and pass an independent automated check before delivery (unsourced numbers, outdated terms, guarantee language, broken links). They are not reviewed by a person at W System Hungary Kft. and may still contain errors. Items flagged in the claim checklist need your editor's attention.
  5. No guarantee of results: we measure and report outcomes honestly. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue.
  6. Ownership: on delivery (and payment, for paid pages) you and your client own the refreshed drafts and may publish them under your own brand. We may use anonymised, aggregated results (no client names or URLs) to improve the service. Any public case study only happens with your written permission.
  7. Confidentiality: we keep your client names, URLs and data confidential.
  8. Payment: paid pages are invoiced per the pricing on the website, excluding VAT (EU reverse charge where applicable). Payment terms: 14 days.
  9. Liability: limited to the fees paid for the affected pages, except where the law doesn't allow limitation.
  10. Law: Hungarian law. Courts of Budapest.
